Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great experience. the staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, close to the center of town but still in a quiet area. the pool was enjoyable, clean and refreshing. the room had great Wi-Fi and was comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. One major advantage was having access to their kitchen, which was useful as we had special dietary needs.

The floors of the hotel were a bit slippery, which was a minor inconvenience. there were a few mosquitos in the room, which made sleeping a bit difficult at times.

The air conditioning in the room was too strong, and there was no remote control to adjust it. The hotel was a bit isolated, with not many restaurants or activities around.

We stayed at Serenity for 3 nights and it was home away from home for us. The staff were very attentive to every single one of our needs. The food was deliciously home-made with generous servings. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the gym was well-equipped. If you are wanting to go on a safari, I recommend that you organize it through them. Lovely staff, extremely helpful and polite. Good location for those wanting to go on a safari at Yala.

We loved the spacious, modern and clean rooms with a beautiful view of the pool. the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs as couples. the manager provided excellent advice and organized our morning safaris with packed breakfasts. the food in the restaurant, including the club sandwiches by the poolside, was delicious. the hotel's oasis-like atmosphere in the midst of Tissa was a wonderful experience.
